Label/Sticker Manufacture

We continually invest in cutting edge digital printing equipment, bringing the latest in digital printing technology to Paisley. Using this technology, our printing department can supply any volume of bespoke labels and stickers for hire equipment, product labeling or asset management. Labels can incorporate a range of features such as company logos, fleet numbers or QR codes and can be manufactured to any size and shape.

All our labels come with protective overlaminate to provide the best protection from chemicals, scuffs and UV degradation. You can spec gloss (as standard), matte, metallic and reflective finishes with easy-apply, high-grab, tamper-evident and removable options. We can also manufacture labels which allow the end user to fill in details using a fine tip permanent marker. By regularly updating our equipment, we can offer a wide range of finishing options including basic and complex contour cut shapes, individual labels or sheets at any size, just let us know your requirements and we will create a bespoke solution.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is great for much more than just labels. We regularly produce a range of printed products, including (but not limited to):

• Reverse printed window graphics - especially popular in retail settings, however ideally suited to any window! By fitting graphics on the inside of the window they are protected from both the elements and the public, and are easy to keep clean just by cleaning your windows!
• Floor graphics - ideal for all types of buildings including retail, industrial, and commercial facilities to advertise seasonal promotions, reinforce safety messages or provide directions within warehouses to enable efficient stock picking.
• Tags - manufactured from a range of materials including banner material or semi rigid plastic, these can be used as long-lasting luggage labels, manufacturing tags or equipment/PPE identification and can inclue serial numbers or barcodes if required.

These are just a few of the ways we have used our digital printing equipment to create solutions for clients. Over the years we have had many weird and wonderful enquiries for a range of printed products. Temporary Signage

Temporary signage solutions are great for many situations, from exhibitions and events to temporary works. We can advise on any number of products, from lightweight fluted display board and pop-up banners to standard or custom designed ‘roadworks’ style temporary sign frames for street works. Asset Tagging

As well as self adhesive labels, we can also offer a wide range of asset tagging solutions, manufactured from engraved or printed plastics, metals or fabrics. Just like all of our products, we can include features like QR and barcodes, serial numbers and anti-tamper features. With a huge industry knowledge, we can recommend and create bespoke soutions including heat formed sleeve tags, QC tags and besoke lockout tagging systems. With nationwide courier delivery, we can offer this service to all sectors, including electricity generation, oil and gas and heavy industry.

Banner Printing

We offer a full design through to production service using our on site design and digital printing facilities to offer a quick turn around. Banners can be supplied with a variety of fixing options. We can also supply pop up banners and exhibition backdrops, all printed with your design. As with all our products, these can be collected from our premises in Paisley or where time is short we can deliver to your premises or direct to the event.

Bespoke Dry-Wipe Products

Custom whiteboards are used regularly for fleet management, job tracking and time allocation. Custom printed boards are much easier to read, and are easier to clean than plain boards marked with tape, and don't degrade with use, unlike boards marked with permanent marker. In the past we have included features such as maps, calendars and headed tables, and with our 4 colour print process whiteboards can be manufactured to any size, shape and with full colour graphics. Thanks to our premium manufacturing methods, printed graphics are encapsulated in the dry wipe surface, meaning they will never fade or be washed off, even if you use chemicals to clean the board.

Traditional Signwriting

As well as offering the latest technology, we also provide a traditional signwriting service, suitable for classic vehicles, sports club and school honours boards or traditional signage. All signwriting work is carried out by our time-served Master Signwriter with over 40 years experience working around Paisley. Signwriting is carried out using traditional paints and techniques, and can be carried out on-site or at our premises in Paisley. As well as traditional work we also carry out industrial signwriting projects, such as mimic detail lines on high voltage electrical distribution cabinets. Signwriting is specified for this task as vinyl lines don't adhere particularly well to the textured surface finish used on these cabinets and signwriting therefore has a much longer lifespan.

Scoreboard Manufacture

For many years we have manufactured scoreboards for a range of sportsgrounds, ice rinks and local clubs. We have installed these scoreboards not only across Paisley but throughout central Scotland and our scoreboard systems are even in regular use at international competitions, taking place throughout the world and have been spotted as far away as Las Vegas! Our scoreboards are designed to your exact requirements and offer a cost effective solution, making them a great alternative to more expensive digital scoring systems. We design all our scoreboards with both ease of use and long lasting durability built-in.

Window Manifestation

Large glass windows and doors in public areas are required to include a manifestation to prevent injuries caused by people walking in to them. As with all our products, we manufacture and install across the central belt, or for some simpler designs we can work on supply only basis. While manifestation can be simple circles or squares, many people prefer their own logo to be incorporated. With our on site manufacturing and printing facility, we can manufacture window manifestations to include any design you like.

Directory Board Manufacture

Directory boards can be manufactured from a wide range of systems, from modular kits through to bespoke designed boards, all styled to match your office environment. As with all our other products we design, manufacture and install in-house, ensuring quality from start to finish. After installation we are able to alter directory boards to keep you up to date as your business expands or new tenants move in. Directory boards can be internal or external and all come with our 5 year colourfast guarantee against fading.

Film & TV Services

We offer a range of services to the film and TV industry, both for on- and off-camera applications. From vehicle liveries for British and international emergency vehicles to advertising signage for live televised events, to bespoke flight case labels, we work closely with your production staff, ensuring consistently high quality products, delivered on time, every time.

Shadow Board Design and Manufacture

We can create any size and number of heavy duty shadow boards, ideal for all types of packaging and manufacturing stations. We offer a full design, manufacture and installation service including templating and tracing of tools and equipment, before producing finished boards complete with all fixings. As with all of our solutions, we can install shadow boards on workstations, against walls or as free-standing systems and can include company logos and safety messages.
